The Design Process

Client Brief

A meeting between Aaron Sheriff and the client is arranged for an initial discussion and to brainstorm about the website design, functionality, budget and timing requirements. This can be done in person or through email and telephone.

Proposal

The proposal is compiled by Aaron Sheriff, after collating the full client brief, which details web and graphic design ideas, amount of pages, self up-dateable sections, the final price, and the production processes required to achieve the end result. We liaise with our website designers to document the key phases of the project, timing and invoice plans through to completion.

Visuals / Layouts Designed

Our graphic and website designers get to work, several separate visuals are designed, and are presented to the client. Once a preferred design idea is chosen, the concept is further developed ready for coding.

Approval & Contract

Once the client is satisfied with the Aaron Sheriff proposal, a contract is signed to commence with website design.

Website Design Build

Our website designers code the individual pages, functionality is programmed, and site content added, and website design is completed.

Evaluation

The website is thoroughly tested for errors and bugs, for instance, to ensure restricted areas are properly secure.

Final Delivery

The website is loaded to the final webspace and connected to your domain name where it will appear live on the Internet.
